Kantha Rao to head Reforms & Restructuring Committee, DoT

The DoT has constituted a committee to examine organisational reforms and restructuring to enable DoT to become a more agile and effective organisation to deliver reforms. The five members Committee will be headed by V L Kantha Rao, Additional Secretary in DoT. He is an MP cadre IAS officer. Anand Singh, J S (Telecom), will be the Member Secretary of the Committee.  The Committee may submit a comprehensive report within 3 months.
