Kaun Banega Cabinet Secretary? (2) Will Sinha be new Chairman of PESB?

Grapevine has it that Cabinet Secretary P K Sinha is being appointed Chairman of the PESB. There is no full time Chairman of the PESB after the retirement of A K Seth who was also the Cabinet Secretary. Sinha is 1977 batch IAS officer of UP cadre.
