If sources are to be believed Kaushal Raj Sharma could be PS of Delhi CM Rekha Gupta. Sources said that Sharma has been transferred from UP to Delhi segment of AGMUT cadre for a period of three years with a purpose. He is a 2006 batch IAS officer.
