KC Sahoo moved as PCMD, ECoR

Dr. KC Sahoo – who is presently working as Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD), Eastern Railway (ER) – has been shifted in the same capacity to East Coast Railway (ECoR) on his own request. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
