KD Rao appointed CTE, ECoR

K Dhanunjeya Rao, who is presently posted in East Coast Railway (ECoR), has been posted as Chief Track Engineer (CTE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
