Dr. Dinesh Arora, who served as Deputy CEO in PM’s Ayushman Bharat Yojana and presently in the cadre as Secretary, is believed to have resigned from the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). Dr Arora, who belongs to a 2002 batch IAS officer of Kerala cadre, is whispered to be joining Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila soon.
