Kerala Govt assigns new postings to 16 IAS officers

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Kerala Government has assigned new postings to 16 IAS officers . Accordingly, Mohammed Hanish has been posted as Secretary, Industries (PSU) who is currently Managing Director, Kerala Metro Rail Limited, Culture Secretary Rani George will be given additional charge of Managing Director, Kerala State Cooperative Bank, General Education Secretary A. Shajahan has been handed over additional charge of Sainik Welfare and Printing and Stationery, while Agriculture Special Secretary Retan Khelkar will hold additional charge of Director of Agriculture, Land Board Secretary C.A. Latha had been appointed as Land Revenue Commissioner and Land Revenue Joint Commissioner U.V. Jose has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Life Mission, Ernakulam District Collector Mohammed Y. Safirulla has been appointed Additional Commissioner, State GST and will hold additional charge of Joint Secretary, IT, Kannur District Collector Meer Mohammed appointed as Director, Suchitwa Mission, while Malappuram Collector Amit Meena appointed as Director, Anert, with additional charge of Director, Lotteries. Deputy Secretary, General Administration K. Gopalakrishnan appointed as Collector, Thiruvananthapuram, ASAP CEO Adeela Abdullah appointed as Alappuzha Collector and Alappuzha Collector S. Suhas has been transferred as Ernakulam Collector, Housing Commissioner B. Abdul Nasser appointed as Collector, Kollam, Director, Social Justice Jaffer Malik appointed as Malappuram Collector and Information and Public Relations Director T.V. Subhash has been transferred to Kannur as District Collector.
