Ashok went on leave until September 8, 2025, following his transfer from Agriculture Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary (Agriculture) to Chairman and Managing Director of Kerala Transport Development Finance Corporation (KTDFC). IAS Tinku Biswal was appointed as the new Agriculture Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary (Agriculture), retaining additional charge of the Transport Department.
