Kronox Lab appoints Suresh Kalra MD & CEO, undertakes board rejig

Suresh Kalra has been appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kronox Lab Sciences Limited. Meanwhile, Sunil Malhotra has been appointed as Additional Director (Executive and Non-Indpependent) and Whole-Time Director and Harsh Malhotra as Additional Director (Executive and Non-Indpependent).

Separately, Amit Kumar Sharma, Ms. Anuradha Suneet Maheshwari and Dhananjay Tapasvi have also been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. The appointments follow the resignations of Jogindersingh Gianchand Jaswal as Managing Director, Ketan Ramani and Pritesh Vinodchandra Ramani as Executive Directors, and Parth Shah, Ms. Krutika Arunkumar Negandhi and Satish Kumar as Independent Directors.
