Newly appointed JS, Nitishwar Kumar will be new Member (Finance), Central Ground Water Board (CGWB) in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation. A 1996 UP cadre IAS officer Kumar was PS to Manoj Sinha, Telecom Minister & MoS, Railway.
