Kumar Sanjay Bariar returns to parent cadre

Kumar Sanjay Bariar, Additional Secretary at Joint Secretary level, UPSC, has been given premature repatriation to his parent cadre in order to avail the benefit of promotion in the cadre. He is a 1993 batch IP&TA&FS officer.
