Labhane appointed CELE, SECR

Ashok P Labhane, who is presently posted in South East Central Railway (SECR), has been posted as Chief Electrical Loco Engineer (CELE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
