Lakshmi Vilas Bank: Reappointment of seven Addl Directors rejected

Seven additional directors have failed to get re-appointed on the Board of Lakshmi Vilas Bank, as shareholders rejected related resolutions. The list of directors who failed to make the cut include Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director S Sundar, Non-Executive and Non-Independent Directors N Saiprasad, Raghuraj Gujjar and KR Pradeep, and Non-Executive and Independent Directors Gorinka Jaganmohan Rao, BK Manjunath and YN Lakshminarayana Murthy.  Meanwhile, Shakti Sinha, Satish Kumar Kalra and Meeta Makhan have been reappointed as Non-Executive and Independent Directors.
