Last date extended for Members of CCI

Applications for three Members of Competition Commission of India (CCI) will now be received till May 1 after extension of deadline. According to vacancy circular issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, applications from Judges of High Courts and District Judges must be accompanied with copies of 10 Judgments pronounced by them on commercial and complex civil matters, while applications from Advocates, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants and Company Secretaries must be accompanied with copies of I-T returns for last 3 years and copies of 10 judgments where they have argued or provided assistance.
