Late decision led to huge crowds reaching at Jantar Mantar

Delhi police imposed a complete internet ban near the Parliament from 11.00 a m, Closed nearby metro stations also on Monday. But it was too late. There was a great rush of protesters on roads and lanes near Parliament. According to experts, the administration should have imposed a ban from 6.00 a m to check the flow of protesters. Internet was down in nearby govt offices, including Kartavya Bhawans.
