Lavanya Kumar Kannikala Ramamurthy returns to parent cadre

Lavanya Kumar Kannikala Ramamurthy, Director in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has been given premature repatriation to his parent cadre on personal grounds. He is a 2009 batch IFS officer.
