Leo Puri, MD & CEO of UTI Mutual Fund, is not seeking an extension as the head of the country’s oldest fund house. Both LIC and SBI in fact also wanted a Non-executive Chairman from among the independent directors be appointed from the Board of UTI Asset Management Company (AMC).
