The Board of IDBI Bank has appointed Mangalam Ramasubramanian Kumar as the Non Executive Non Whole-time Chairman of IDBI Bank for a period of three years or till such time he continues as the Chairman of LIC, whichever is earlier as per the approval dated May 9, 2019 received in this regard by the Bank from Reserve Bank of India.
