Lt Gen Chawla takes over as DG, Artillery on Aug 1
Lt Gen Tarun Kumar Chawla, AVSM has assumed the charge as Director General of Artillery on August 1, 2021. He takes over the appointment from Lt Gen K Ravi Prasad, PVSM, VSM who superannuated on July 31, 2021 after completing thirty nine years of distinguished service in the Army.
