Lt Gen M M Naravane may get bigger role; may be moved to Army HQ

A vacancy in the Eastern Command is expected soon as the buzz is that incumbent Lt. Gen M M Naravane is likely to be moved to Army Headquarters with a key role. Lt Gen Naravane had assumed charge as Eastern Command Army Commander in October 2018.He is the top contender for post of Chief of Army Staff when incumbent Gen Bipin Rawat retires in December this year.
