Lt Gen Manoj Mukund Naravane to be moved to operational command?

There is a buzz going on in the Ministry of Defence (MoD) that Lt Gen Manoj Mukund Naravane,  General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Army Training Command could be possibly moved to an operational command earlier than expected to prepare for his future possible elevation as the Chief of Army Staff. The officer is next in line for the post of Army chief after Gen Bipin Rawat retires next year.
