The DoPT has modified LTC Rules. It has been decided that at the time of train ticket booking, those who have opted catering services for the eligible trains, will be reimbursed the same. Similarly reimbursement of cancellation charges levied by airlines or authorised travel agencies, will be reimbursed on the ground of official exigencies only.
