M K Behera gets powers of GM, ECoR

MK Behera, who is presently working as Additional General Manager (AGM) in East Coast Railway (ECoR), has been delegated administrative and financial powers of the post of General Manager (GM), ECoR. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
