M Vijaya Kumar shifted as PCME, WCR

M Vijaya Kumar, who is currently serving in South Central Railway (SCR), has been transferred to West Central Railway (WCR) and posted as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME). He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
