Madhya Pradesh Govt appoints new Chairman of Real Estate Appellate Tribunal

The Madhya Pradesh Government has appointed Justice Vinod Kumar Dwivedi, a retired High Court Judge from Jabalpur, as the Chairman of the Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Appellate Tribunal. The appointment, issued by the Urban Development and Housing Department, was made under Section 45 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Justice Dwivedi will serve for a term of five years or until he attains the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier.
