Mahabal Prasad appointed CTE, SCR

Mahabal Prasad, who is presently posted in South East Central Railway (SECR), has been posted as Chief Track Engineer (CTE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
