Mahamaya Lifesciences Ltd re-designates Krishnamurthy Ganesan as Chairman

Krishnamurthy Ganesan has been re-designated from Managing Director to Chairman and Executive Director of Mahamaya Lifesciences Limited. Meanwhile, Prashant Krishnamurthy has been re-designated from Executive Director to Managing Director of the company. Separately, Bhagirath Choudhary has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director while Dr. Gopal Krishna Raju and Dr. Charudatta Digambar Mayee have been re-appointed as Independent Directors on the Board.
