Maj Gen Damodar Vasanth Mahesh has been promoted to Higher Administrative Grade+ (HAG+) of Indian Postal Service (IPoS) and appointed as Member, (PLI), Postal Services Board and Chairman, PLI Investment Board, New Delhi.
