Maj Gen rank officer to be ADG (Human Rights) in Army HQ

To give high priority to observance of human rights convention and values, the Ministry of Defence has decided to set up a special Human Rights Section headed by an ADG who will be Major General rank officer reporting directly to Vice Chief Of Army Staff.
