Major administrative reshuffle in Bihar

In a major reshuffle, as many as 15 IAS officers have been given new assignments in Bihar. Deepak Kumar Singh has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reform Department, while Parmar Ravi Manubhai, ACS-cum-Mines Commissioner, Mines and Geology Department has been given additional charge of Enquiry Commissioner. Similarly, Anand Kishore has been shifted as PS, Urban Development and Housing Department with additional charge of MD, Patna Metro Rail Corporation Limited; Santosh Kumar Mall has been given additional charge of PS, Minor Water Resources Department; Anupam Kumar, Secretary, Chief Minister Secretariat gets an additional charge of Parliamentary Affairs Department; Dharmendra Singh was transferred as Secretary, Mines & Geology with additional charge of Enquiry Commissioner, GAD; Sanjay Kumar Singh, Secretary, Health Department with additional charge of Executive Director, State Health Committee, Patna, has been relieved of the charge of Secretary, State Health Committee, Patna and given additional charge of Secretary, Urban Development & Housing; Dinesh Kumar will be posted as Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur; Dharmendra Kumar as MD, Bihar Medical Services & Infrastructure Corporation (BMSICL); Rajeev Kumar Srivastava as MD, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna; Manesh Kumar Meena as Collector and District Magistrate, Katihar; Richi Pandey as Collector and District Magistrate, Sitamarhi; Ravi Prakash as Joint Secretary, Industries Department; Alankrit Pandey as Collector and District Magistrate, Jehanabad and Yogesh Kumar Sagar takes over as MD, Bihar State Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited.
