Major decision likely on J & K ?

As per available indications GOI is likely to take some important decision about J&K. BJP quota ministers have been called  by the party high command in Delhi to discuss the situation and pros & cons. If sources are to be believed the state is likely to be put under Governor's rule. It is said that centre is not happy with the deteriorating L & O situation in the state.
