Major empanelment at Secretary level from Gujarat
As many as six IAS officers of 1988 batch and one of 1987 batch, who have been empanelled as Secretary in Government of India, are from Gujarat. They are Rameshwar Prasad Gupta (1987) ; Arvind Kumar Sharma, Ms Anita Karwal, Ms S Aparna, Bidyut Bihari Swain and Mukesh Puri.
