Major reshuffle of IAS officers in Bihar

More than two dozen IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Bihar. Accordingly, ELSN Bala Prasad has been appointed as Departmental Inquiry Commissioner, GAD while Amir Subhani was given the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Minority Welfare. Similarly, Brijesh Mehrotra has been given the additional charge of Principal Secretary to Governor; K K Pathak as Principal Secretary, Mining and Mineral Resources and also Additional Member, Revenue Board; Chanchal Kumar is also Principal Secretary, Building Construction; Atish Chandra is also Secretary, Information and Public Relations; H R Srinivas is also Secretary, Revenue Board; K Senthil Kumar as Additional Secretary, Labour Resources; Rajesh Kumar as Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division and also Commissioner, Munger Division; Dr Pratima S Kumar Verma is also Additional Commissioner, GST and Commercial Taxes; Lokesh Kumar Singh as Executive Director, State Health Committee and also Special Secretary, Health; Anupam Kumar as State Transport Commissioner and also MD, Samvad Samiti; Virendra Prasad Yadav as Special Secretary, OBC and Most OBC Welfare; Manish Kumar as Additional Secretary, Information Technology; Rahul Ranjan Mahiwal as Additional Secretary, Rural Development; Sunil Kumar as Additional Secretary-cum-Director, Social Justice and Disability Welfare; Manoj Kumar as Additional Secretary, Education; Saket Kumar is also Additional Secretary, Building Construction and MD, Bihar Rajya Bhavan Manufacturing Corporation; Raman Kumar as DM, Motihari; Awanish Kumar Singh as  DM, Champaran, Motihari; Deor Nilesh Ramchandra as DM, West Champaran, Betia; Kaushal Kumar as DM, Nawada; Sanjiv Kumar as DM, Bhojpur Aara; Kundan Kumar as DM, Banaka; Ms Inayat Khan as Joint Secretary, Tourism and MD, State Tourism Development Corporation; Mukesh Pandey as DM, Buxor;  Rajesh Meena as DM, Bihar Stte Water Board, Patna and S I Faisal was posted as Additional Secretary-cum-Director, Minority Welfare.
