Major reshuffle of IAS officers in Bihar

In a major reshuffle, IAS officers in Bihar have been handed over new responsibilities. Accordingly, Chaitanya Prasad ACS, Home, will hold the additional charge of Monitoring Department, while Chanchal Kumar, PS to the CM, will also hold the charge of DG, Bihar Public Administration and Rural Development Institute, Patna and Sandeepm Paundrik was appointed PS, Social Welfare Department. Similarly, Sanjay Kumar Agrawal has been appointed as Secretary, Water Resources; Ravi Kumar, Secretary, Housing Construction will hold additional charge of Commissioner, Patna division; Dayanidhan Pandey as Secretary, Social Welfare; Sandeep Kumar R Pudkalkatti as Secretary, Labour Resources; Dharmendra Singh as Secretary, Finance; Abhishek Singh as MD, Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation; Gorakhnath as Secretary, Health; Animesh Kumar Parashar as CEO-cum-Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation; Rajiv Roshan as Collector & DM, Darbhanga; Mahendra Kumar as Additional Secretary, GAD; Tyagrajan as Collector & DM, Gaya; Mithilesh Mishra as Additional Secretary,  Finance; Kaushal Kumar as Collector & DM, Supol; Yogendra Singh as Collector & DM, Samastipur; Anand Sharma as Collector & DM, Saharasa; Shashank Shubhankar as Collector & DM, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif; Manesh Kumar Meena as IG, Prisons & Reforms  Services, Home Department and Sawam Kumar takes charge as Joint Secretary, Rural Development.
