Major reshuffle of IAS officers in J&K

In a major reshuffle, as many as 15 IAS officers have been shifted in J&K. Dr. Raghav Langer has been posted as Secretary, Planning,  Development and Monitoring Department, while Bhupinder Kumar is transferred and posted as Transport Commissioner, J&K. Similarly, Ramesh Kumar is posted as Divisional Commissioner, Jammu with additional charge of the post of Additional Chief Executive Officer, Jammu Metropolitan Region Development Authority; Ms Avny Lavasa will be appointed as Deputy Commissioner, Jammu; Anshul Garg as Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board; Dr Syed Sehrish Asgar as Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla; Rahul Yadav as Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation with additional charge of CEO, Special Purpose Vehicle for Jammu City for Implementation of Smart City Project; Kritika Jyotsna as Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur; Rahul Pandey as Deputy Commissioner, Kathua; Devansh Yadav as Managing Director, J&K Trade Promotion Organization with additional charge of Managing Director, J&K IT Infrastructure Company; Minga Sherpa as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu; Ms Ayushi Sudan as Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna; Shyambir as Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal and Akshay Labroo takes over as Additional Secretary in the Lieutenant Governor's Secretariat with additional charge of the post of Director, Information, J&K. Besides, Ms Sushma Chauhan will report in the General Administration Department after availing leave.
