Major IPS reshuffle in Haryana; ADGP Amitabh Singh Dhillon gets additional charge of ERSS & ADGP

As many as 29 IPS officers have been transferred in a major reshuffle of police officers in Haryana. Among those affected in the reshuffle are Amitabh Singh Dhillon (IPS HY:1997), ADGP/Modernisation & Welfare, Panchkula who has been assigned the additional charge of ADGP/ERSS & ADGP/Trafficking and Highways.

On the other hand Vikas Arora (IPS, HY: 1998) ADGP/Administration, PHQ, has been entrusted with the additional charge of ADGP/Cyber, Telecom & IT (H) and Director, SCRB and relieved of responsibilities of ADGP/Traffic and ADGP/Telecom.

Other officers transferred are - Ashwin IPS, (HY:2006) who has retured from the Government of India has been posted as IGP, Karnal Range with the addl charge of IGP, HAP, Madhuban.

Lokender Singh (IPS, HY:2006) SP ATS to SP/Security, CID-I (H) with addl charge of SP, ATS.

Rajesh Kumar (IPS, HY: 2014) to SP, SCB to SP, Community Policing and Outreach, Gurugram.

Bhupinder Singh (IPS, HY: 2014) SP, Panipat to SP, Security (CID-H).

Sumit Kumar (IPS, HY: 2014) SP, Bhiwani to SP, STF.

Narendra Bijarnia (IPS, HY: 2015), SP Karnal to SP of the Special Task Force (STF).

Nitish Agarwal (IPS, HY:2017), SP, Palwal to DCP, Crime, Gurugram.

Ms Upasana (IPS, HY:2017), SP, ATS (H) to SP/CID.

Likewise, Ravinder Kumar (IPS, HY:2024) has be shifted as ASP/Karnal.

Shivam (IPS, HY:2024) posted as ASP/Ambala.

Vaishakh Bagee (IPS, HY:2024) posted as ASP/Rohtak.

Virender Sangwan (IPS, HY:2020) who was awaiting posting has been posted as SP/SV & ACB (H).

Vijay Kumar (IPS, HY:2024) posted as Commandant, 2nd IRB, Bhondsi.

Tanya Singh (IPS, HY:2025), DSP, SCRB is now Commandant, 1st BN, HAP, Amblala.
