Major reshuffle of IPS officers in MP

In a major reshuffle, as many as 24 IPS officers have been shifted and assigned new responsibilities in MP. Accordingly, Rakesh Kumar Gupta has been appointed as IGP, Indore (Rural) Zone, while Irshad Wali was made Incharge IGP Bhopal (Rural) Zone and Sanjay Tiwari is now Incharge IGP, Intelligence, PHQ, Bhopal. Similarly, R K Hingankar will be posted as ACP (Crime and Headquarters), Indore; Mithilesh Kumar Shukla as DIG, Rewa Range, Rewa; Sachin Kumar Atulkar as ACP (Law & Order), Bhopal; Atul Singh as Commandant, 7^th Battalion, SAF, Bhopal; Mahesh Chandra Jain as DCP (Traffic), City Police, Indore; Nimish Agrawal as DCP (Crime), Indore; Rajesh Kumar Singh as DCP (Zone-4), Indore; Vineet Kapoor as DCP (HQ), Bhopal; Dharmendra Singh Bhadoria as DCP (Zone-3), Indore; Vijay Khatri as DCP (Zone-4), Bhopal; Bhagwat Singh Birde as SP, Indore Rural; Mrs Kiranlata Kerketta as SP, Bhopal Rural; Riaz Iqbal as DCP (Zone-3), Bhopal; Sampat Upadhyaya as DCP (Zone-2), Indore; Ashutosh Bagri as Commandant, 17^th Battalion, SAF, Bhind; Rajat Saklecha as DCP (Intelligence & Security), Indore; Amit Tolani as DCP (Zone-1), Indore; Amit Kumar as DCP (Crime), Bhopal; Hansraj as DCP (Traffic), Bhopal; Mrs Shraddha Tiwari as DCP (Zone-2), Bhopal and Vijay Bhagwani will take charge as DCP (Intelligence & Security), Bhopal.
