Major reshuffle of IPS officers in Punjab

As many as 22 IPS officers have been given new assignments in Punjab. Accordingly, Naunihal Singh has been posted as ADGP Internal Vigilance Cell Punjab, Chandigarh, while SP S Parmar was made ADGP, Law & Order Chandigarh and Dhanpreet Kaur is IGP, Ludhiana Range. Similarly, Gurpreet Singh Bhullar has been appointed as Commissioner of Police, Amritsar; Mandeep Singh Sidhu as DIG Patiala Range; Mandeep Singh Sidhu as DIG, Ferozepur range; Rajpal singh as DIG, PAP-II and Training Jalandhar with additional charge of NRI Punjab, SAS Nagar; Ajay Maluja as DIG, STF, Bathinda; Harcharan Singh Bhullar as DIG, Bathinda range; Harjit Singh as DIG, Vigilance Bureau Punjab; J Elanchezhian as DIG, Counter Intelligence, Punjab; Alka Meena as DIG Personnel, Punjab Chandigarh; Satinder Singh as DIG  Border Range, Amritsar; Harmanbir Singh Gill as Joint Director, MRS PPA, Phillaur; Ashwani Kapur as DIG, Faridkot range;  Sukhwant Singh Gill as DIG Intelligence-I Punjab; Vivek Sheel Soni as Commandant 75th Bt PAP Jalandhar; Ankur Gupta as DCP, Law & Order Jalandhar; Subham Agarwal as DCP, Investigation Ludhiana; Abhimanyu Rana as DCP City, Amritsar; Ajay Gandhi as SSP Moga  and Aditya was made DCP, Headquarters Jalandhar.
