Major reshuffle of IPS officers in UP

As many as 23 IPS officers have been given new places of postings in Uttar Pradesh. Accordingly, Sarvanand Singh Yadav has been appointed as SP/Deputy Director, Traffic, Lucknow, while Ramesh Prasad Gupta was made SP, Intelligence, Lucknow and Rajesh Kumar Yadav is SP, Cyber Crime, Lucknow. Similarly, Mrs Babita Sahu has been appointed as SP, Administration, PHQ; Lal Sahab Yadav as SP, EOW, Lucknow; Om Prakash Yadav as Commandant, SSF, Lucknow; Mahatma Prasad as SP, SCRB; Dr Bhim Priya Ashok as SP, Food Cell, Lucknow; Arvind Mishra as SP, Regional Intelligence, Kanpur city; Anil Kumar Singh as Commandant 28th Bt PAC, Itawa; Shrawan Kumar Singh as Police Deputy Commissioner, Lucknow; Hafizur Rehman as SP, EOW, Kanpur City; Keshav Chand Goswami as SP, CBCID, Lucknow; Rajdhari Chaurasia as SP, EOW, Lucknow; Prabal Pratap Singh as Deputy Police Commissioner, Varanasi; Rajesh Kumar as SP, Special Investigation; Girijesh Kumar as SP, CBCID, Lucknow; Prem Chand as SP, Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow; Chandra Prakash Shukla as SP, Special Investigation Branch Cooperative, Lucknow and Daya Rama was made SP, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Lucknow.
