Major reshuffle of IPS officers in W Bengal

As many as 24 IPS officers have been assigned new responsibility in West Bengal. Accordingly, Soumen Mitra was appointed Commissioner of Police, Kolkata, while Dr Debasish Roy was posted as ADG and IGP, Training, WB and Anuj Sharma joins as ADG and IGP, CID, WB.
