Major reshuffle of senior IPS officers in MP

As many as 18 IPS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Madhya Pradesh. Accordingly, Vijay Yadav has been appointed as ADG, SAF, PHQ, Bhopal while Mrs Aruna Mohan Rao was made ADG, Private Security Agency, PHQ, Bhopal and S L Thousen is now Director, Sports and Youth Welfare. Similarly, Anvesh Mangalam has been appointed as ADG, Women Crime PHQ, Bhopal; Rajesh Chawala as ADG, Home Guard; Upendra Jain as ADG, Telecommunication, Bhopal; V Madhu Kumar as ADG, EOW, Bhopal; G Janardan as Director, JNPA, Sagar; Ravi Kumar Gupta as ADG, Cyber Cell, PHQ, Bhopal; K P Venkateshwar Rao as IG, Balaghat range; Rakesh Gupta as IG, Ujjain; K C Jain as IG, Hoshangabad; S P Singh as DIG, CID, PHQ, Bhopal; R K Arusia as DIG, Womnen Crime, Jabalpur; Avinash Sharma as DIG, Rewa range; P S Uikey as DIG, Shahdol Range; I P Arjaria as DIG, AJK, Bhopal with additional charge of Crime against Women and M S Sikarwar.
