Mamta Banerjee gives NOC for Central Deputation to 4 IAS officers !
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee is reported to have given NOC to four IAS officers for Central deputation. They are Indivar Pandey of 1988 batch, R S Shukla of 1986 batch, Tallen Kumar of 1987 batch and Chandan Sinha of 1989 batch.
