Manchanda ceases to be CMD, DEN Networks Ltd

Sameer Manchanda - who has ceased to be Chairman and Managing Director of DEN Networks Limited upon completion of his current tenure - will now serve as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of the company.
