The Government of India has made foundation course mandatory for the officers of Indian Revenue Service Group 'A' recruited through Civil Services Examination. The inter-se seniority among the Probationers shall be determined in accordance with the aggregate marks obtained by them. The new system will be applicable to the candidates who have cleared Civil Services Exams 2018. They will be joining foundation course from August 26, 2019.
