Manish Shah gets fresh term as Manba Finance MD

Manish Kiritkumar Shah has been re-appointed as Managing Director of Manba Finance Limited, commencing April 1, 2027. Meanwhile, Monil Manish Shah, Ms Nikita Manish Shah and Jay Mota have been re-appointed as Whole-Time Directors, effective January 15, 2027, while Ms. Neelam Tater has been re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective October 25, 2026.
