Ms Manisha Sensarma, (IES :1995, presently in the cadre, has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship by temporarily upgrading a a vacant post of DS/Director in the Ministry to the Additional Secretary level.
