Manoj Kumar Dubey appointed as CMD, IRFC

Manoj Kumar Dubey, Director (Finance), CONCOR, has been appointed as CMD, Indian Railways Finance Corporation (IRFC). The Appointment Committee of Cabinet has approved his appointment to the post.
