Manoj Kumar Dwivedi repatriated to parent cadre

Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Additional Secretary, Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, has been repatriated to his parent cadre. He is a 1997 IAS officer of AGMUT cadre.
