Many IPS officers waiting for postings

Many IPS officers, who have been empanelled as DG or equivalent in GoI few months ago, are still in the queue to be posted as DG in CAPF. Presently the post of DG, BPR&D is vacant and NSG Chief retired last month. But govt has not been able to find any suitable candidate for these posts.
