MD, two Directors exit Shree Hari Chemicals Export Ltd

Three directors, including the Managing Director, of Shree Hari Chemicals Export Limited have stood down citing personal reasons. While Anup Ramuka has resigned as Director and Managing Director, Arvind Chirania and Vinit Kedia have stepped down as Independent Directors. Meanwhile, Sarthak Agarwal and Nihit Agarwal have been appointed as Additional Directors and Parag Agrawal as Additional Director and Independent Director of the company.
